Yes. Business account holders get access to the GreenMile dashboard, where you can monitor all active shipments in real time from a single screen — with filters by status, city, date range, and rider. Individual customers can also track any shipment via our public tracking page using a single tracking number.

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding charges, or minimum commitments. You open a business account, get onboarded by your dedicated account manager (Growth and Enterprise plans), and start shipping. You only pay per delivery based on your agreed rate card.

GreenMile offers a RESTful API available on the Growth and Enterprise plans. Once your account is active, you'll receive API credentials from your account manager. Our API documentation covers order creation, status retrieval, COD queries, and webhook events. Plugins for Shopify and WooCommerce are also available for one-click setup.
