By accessing or using the GreenMile platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Use of Services

You may use our logistics and delivery services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services to ship prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items as defined in our Prohibited Items Policy.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Shipment Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and compliant with applicable laws. GreenMile reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or return any shipment that violates our policies.

5. Payment & Billing

All service fees are payable as per the agreed rate card. COD amounts are remitted according to the published remittance schedule. Invoices are generated weekly; payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice date.

6. Liability Limitations

GreenMile's liability for any lost or damaged shipment is limited to the declared value of the item, not exceeding the maximum coverage limit stated in your service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Termination

GreenMile reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
